Pat Reid is the Founder and Director of PJ’s Community Service, he is dedicated to using his expertise to work with young people to tackle issues around crime prevention, anti-social behaviour, the underachievement of BME boys. He a trustee on the Croydon BME Forum Croydon BME (black & minority ethnic) Forum an umbrella organisation for Croydon’s Black and Minority Ethnic voluntary and community sector; engaging people, building capacity, and promoting equality and cohesion.
